"I will not eat green eggs and ham, I will not eat them, Sam-I-am". I remember my younger sister learning to read, with Green Eggs and Ham.
My four children have learned to read with Green Eggs and Ham. And now, my grandchildren are reading Green Eggs and Ham. It has been a family tradition, when a child can read this book on their own; we celebrate by making green eggs and ham for dinner. We have eaten them in a box, we have eaten them with a fox, (well maybe not a fox). We only make the scrambled eggs green, not the ham.
